Check-In time is 2:00 p.m. or later.

Please plan your trip accordingly, as entry is not available until the apartment is full cleaned and inspected. No check-in is permitted unless your rental account has been paid in full, including other fees. One of our representatives will welcome you at the apartment and hand over the keys to you. This person will provide you with all the necessary information about the apartment and the area. CITYAPARTMENTS provides with reception/departure service between 9:00 am and 18:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. For every service before or after this time schedule, an extra sum of 20 € will be charged.

Check- out: Check out time is 11:00 p.m.

There are no exceptions as we must have time to clean and inspect all properties for arriving guests. A late check-out will result in additional charges to your rental account equal to half night’s rent. Before your departure please make sure that you have collected all your personal belongings. In the case you have forgotten any of your items you may contact us and items found will be sent Fedex and a $25.00 handling fee will be included. Finally and due to the EUenvironmental instructions you are kindly requested to turn off all the appliances and place the ac/heating systems to the off position.

Cleaning service:

A housekeeping team treats the house after your departure. Please place any debris in the garbage and take all the trash to the designated area. Each property is inspected prior to check-in and after check-out and you may be billed if extraordinary cleaning is required.

Quiet times:

Respect of the neighbor’s. You commit yourselves to respect quiet times and to refrain from actions that harm neighbors’ tranquility between 22:30 and 8:30. It would be also nice if you respected the tranquility between 15:00 and 17:00 when people in Greece usually take a nap.

Damaged or missing items:

You assume full responsibility for any items missing from the rental property or damaged due to misuse, negligence, misconduct, or other actions during your accommodation.

Is something wrong?

During your stay in the apartment, should you need further assistance regarding the way several appliances operate or you need to signal a problem, you can call us at any time at the phone number that we will provide to you. We commit ourselves to do our best to repair shortly whatever is wrong according to the conditions mentioned in the house description.

Refundable deposit:

When you return the keys upon your departure, we will check the apartment’s condition. If no damage or deterioration is noted, then the security deposit is refunded immediately. In case of deterioration or damage during your stay, the cost will be deducted accordingly. Examples include broken dishes, damage to electronic equipment, destroyed furniture, broken mirrors, soiled walls, missing objects, etc.

Long term rentals:

Heating costs during winter: A meter by the main entrance usually indicates the consumption for the heating during your stay. In winter time, under ordinary whether conditions (around 12°C) you should expect to pay 4-7 euros per day in order to heat an average-sized apartment 20-21°C (68-70°F) for the day.

For safety reasons CITYAPARTMENTS always retains a master key of the apartment.

If the guest has visibly unconventional behavior or offends the general terms of morality, CITYAPARTMENTS reserves the right to terminate the stay. After relevant notification, the personal effects of the tenant are transported in custody of CITYAPARTMENTS and remain at the disposal of the tenant for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after thirty (30) days.
