Pricing Policy

CITYAPARTMENTS offers short and long term rentals.
The pricing policy depends on the rental period. Prices are per night depended on the number of occupants.

Short term rental:

Short term rental ranges from 2 up to 30 nights.
The price is calculated at the per-night rate multiplied by the number of nights reserved.
With short term rentals at CITYAPARTMENTS, the sooner you book, the less you pay.

The discount to your rates for advance booking are as follows:

• 3% reduction if you book 60 days before your arrival

The reduction is applied to the per-night rate and is not applied to extra services.

The short term rental rate includes the following services:

• Water, Gas & Electricity
• Heating (if not mentioned otherwise)
• Household linens (including towels)
• Internet access
• Cable TV (if available)
• Assistance by telephone (Assistance with any questions that may arise during your stay)
• Pre-arrival cleaning
• Taxes related to the apartment
• CITYAPARTMENTS’s commission (VAT included)
• Cost of following services is NOT INCLUDED:
  • Extra services

Medium and long term rental:

Medium and long term rentals are applied to rental periods longer than one month.
If this applies to your rental period, we invite you to contact us.
We will be happy to find an apartment for you corresponding to the length of your stay and your budget.
The rental rate is applied per month.

This rate includes:

• Rental price of the apartment
• Assistance with any questions that may arise during your stay
• Two sets of household linens. Each set contains: 2 sheets, 2 pillow covers, 1 duvet cover, 2 towels.
  Please note: 25 euros + VAT for any additional set of extra linens

Rental price does NOT INCLUDE the following:

• Utilities (gas – telephone)
• CITYAPARTMENTS commission
• Additional sets of household linens (available upon request at 25€ per set + VAT)

Our commission is calculated according to the following schedule:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservations for any reason, the refund is as follows:

• If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
• If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before scheduled arrival, Cityapartments will refund 50% of the deposit.
• Cityapartments will pay back the amount owed within 10 days of the cancellation.

In the event the customer modifies arrival or departure dates:

• If the modification occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, it is free of charge.
• If the modification occurs 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival, the guest will pay half the rent for the days they will not stay in the apartment. The amount due to Cityapartments will be adjusted accordingly.

Should we be led to cancel the rental arrangement in case of emergency or uncontrollable situations (fire, major and absolute outage of the apartment), we commit ourselves to place you in a similar rental property, equal to or superior in category and standing, for the same dates, in proximity to and under the same price conditions, as the initial reservation. In case you do not agree; then you will be refunded for all the rental fees paid. In that last case you will not be able to request any additional or further compensation.

For safety reasons CITYAPARTMENTS  always retains a master key of the apartment.

If the guest has visibly unconventional behavior or offends the general  terms of morality, CITYAPARTMENTS reserves the right to terminate the stay. After relevant notification, the personal effects of the tenant are transported in custody of CITYAPARTMENTS and remain at the disposal of the tenant for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after thirty (30) days.
