Our Fees
Our fee is a percentage of the rent depending on the duration of the lease. This supply is as follows:

Less than 6 months | 25% of rent VAT included |
From 6 to 12 months | 18% of rent VAT included |
>12 months | 12% of rent VAT included |
Fees should be paid on the day of drawing up the lease agreement, which most often coincides with the payments by the tenant.
